Shipping:
Unique Collectible Toys ships orders Tuesday through Saturday. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Normally orders placed before noon ship that same day or next business day. However, during especially busy periods, it can take 2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped.

Domestic (US & Puerto Rico) shipping guidelines:

US Postal Priority Mail:
Shipping transit time is normally 2-3 business days according to USPS, but that is not guaranteed by the post office. This method has a delivery confirmation number. This is not the same as a tracking number from FedEx. They do NOT scan the package at every step of the way. In fact, many times they only scan it when it gets put on your local carrier's truck for final delivery. This means that when you "track" it you might not see any scans other than something like: The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 27, 2007 to expect your package for mailing.

Overseas (Outside US & Puerto Rico) shipping guidelines:

Shipping time varies from 4-7 business days not counting the day it was shipped. Right now we are just offering Express Mail international, due to track packages.  In the near future we will be offering FedEx Home Delivery service.  Please understand that the 5 day transit time means one full week till your package is delivered.

Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return the item for a refund minus the shipping charges. If there needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. You have 7 days from receipt of order to let us know of a problem with your order. All returns MUST have a Return Authorization from Unique CollectibleToys prior to being sent back.

Factory Defects:
The different manufacturers that we carry each have different rules as to how they like to handle defects. Should you receive a packaged item that is damaged from the manufacturer, please let us know and we will let you know where to send it for an exchange or a refund. You have 3 days to notify any damage.  In most cases, Unique CollectibleToys will handle the exchange and the shipping fees.

Payment Methods:

Payment by mail (Money Order):
You can place an order through our site and select to pay by mail with money order. Your items are pulled and held until funds arrive.  Remember, if you send money order, please use priority mail or express mail with delivery confirmation.  We are not responisble if you send it by regular mail and get lost.

You have 7 days from the date of placing the order for the funds to reach us. If funds are not received within one week, we cancel the order and return the items to stock.

We don't want any problems with people placing orders and us holding the product only for them to never pay or cancel the order. If any customer should not pay or cancel more than 2 pay by mail orders we will no longer hold products for that customer. We value your business. However, when you do not pay it ties up our inventory and keeps other customers from being able to purchase those items. It is also work for us to pull and process an order only to not get paid for it. So please, after you send the money order, please send us an email with the tracking number of the payment sent. This way, we make sure your payment is under way.


Pay Pal:
We accept Pay Pal. Please note that Pay Pal payment is expected at time of checkout. We will not hold items for Pay Pal payment at a later date.

Privacy:
Unique Collectible Toys will NEVER sell or give out any of your personal information to any other company or service. The information you send to Unique Collectible Toys is kept on an encrypted secure server.


Pricing:
Unique Collectible Toys is not responsible for pricing errors on our website. We will always contact a customer prior to shipping to inform them if there has been an error in pricing. Bottom line is this: with thousands of SKU's to manage, there are times where something strange will pop up for 2 cents or even a negative price. We are not a large company with the mechanicsm to realize those king of mistakes. But do our best to serve the best we can do.  We will let you know the real price before shipping.
